I am Woman!)is a FREE, multi-cultural, females only celebration: workshops, music, positive youth development,food, giveaways and expo. Saturday, June 6 at the Institute for Hispanic Families, 45 Wadsorth St., Hartford from 10-2. This event builds self-esteem, nurtures decision making skills and encourages confidence in preventing abuse of alcohol, tobacco and other drugs for ALL girls ages 9-14, mothers and other female caregivers.
